Springtime in Atlanta is the best; and for those living in one of the many luxury homes Atlanta has offer, you’ll find that there are unlimited opportunities to get out and enjoy yourself without having to travel far.

The city is probably best known for its spring festivals. The Dogwood Festival at Piedmont Park is one of Atlanta’s most popular festivals. Now in its 76th year, the Dogwood Festival includes an artist market, music, disc dog competition, International Village and high school art exhibition. This year’s festival will be April 20-22. The Inman Park Festival, April 27-29, is Atlanta’s largest street market with more than 250 booths of antiques and handcrafted wares as well as a giant arts and crafts show. The Georgia Renaissance Festival is a multi-acre re-creation of a 16th-Century European Country Faire of Tudor homes and cottages with shopping, eating and fun with nearly 1,000 colorfully costumed characters.
