I received info on current new homes in Atlanta, GA area. I am interested in seeing floor plans for the upcoming Montgomery Park homes… I seek a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom/garage(2 if possible) in $200K price range… IF 2 story master MUST be on first floor open floor plan… Anything available on this community yet?? I am looking at 6 months or a little more for moving.

Terazzo floor rather than wood AND if an upgrade, how much??? Also REQUIRE electrical outlet

Will there be any ranch homes in the Montgomery Park plans????

Traton builds the most beautiful homes. Is there any future plans to build in this same location or very close to this area homes with larger square footage around 3500 to 4500?

When will plans be available to review? When in early summer do you anticipate having lots available for sale (June)? Will there be basement lots or 3 story floor plans? Will this be a gated community?
