Valley Brook Parc Offers Buckhead Single-Family Detached Homes From the $500,000s

Traton Homes is now offering single-family detached homes from the mid $500,000s in the heart of Buckhead at Valley Brook Parc. Homes in the community were originally slated to be priced from the $800,000s, but Traton Homes was able to attain homesites at a reduced cost, passing the savings on to home buyers.
Valley Brook Parc is a private enclave of only 18 homesites, tucked away near Chastain Park. In its first week of sales, five home buyers wrote contracts, leaving only 13 sites available.
