More spring showers are expected to move into the metro Atlanta area later this week, but that does not mean that you can’t have some fun indoors while the rain pours outdoors. At Traton Homes we sell beautiful Atlanta homes in some of the best locations, so we have compiled a list of family-friendly activities in Cobb, Cherokee and North Fulton counties that won’t leave you stuck at home or out in the rain.

The Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council’s Deals on Wheels bus tour rolled to a stop in two of our Cobb County new home communities yesterday, April 25th. More than 25 REALTORS had the opportunity to tour homes under construction at Great Oaks Estates and The Estates at Davis Ridge. In addition to a sneak peek of the homes, attendees received tasty treats and four lucky winners received gift cards to Home Depot or Nordstrom.

First up was Great Oaks Estates where REALTORS got a first look at the spacious model home featuring the Glenstone floorplan. While still under construction, visitors were able to see several features that were already installed including granite countertops, hardwood flooring, maple kitchen cabinetry, recessed lighting, large tile showers and nine foot smooth ceilings on the main level. Upon completion, this beautiful Acworth community will feature just 22 homes priced from the low-$300,000s. Presales are underway at Great Oaks Estates.
